Jeep Tours
Jeep tours can take you to red rock landmarks or archaeological sites. Several competing operators have their sales offices in Uptown Sedona (the walkable shopping district just north of the 89A / 179 "Y"). Many guides are extremely knowledgeable, part cowboy or -gal, part anthropologist and geology professor.

Air Tours
Tours by airplane and helicopter are available at the Sedona Airport (Airport Road off 89A, one mile west of the 89A / 179 "Y", (928) 282-4487).
